Where is Ren?!

I’m starting the month out with ๐ŸŒˆ INDY BIG GAY PRIDE MARKET ๐ŸŒˆ, celebrating queer civil rights and LGBTQ+ creators in Indianapolis at Monument Circle on Sunday, June 2nd. I’ll have reprinted RESIST//EXIST denim patches, prints, paintings and my latest risograph zines. I’ve been working on wind-proofing my set up after my tent and table flew away at the last Black Circle Market (thanks to everyone who helped me hold it down!).

Mid-month, I’ll be tabling BRUNCHFEST 2.0 at the unique and charmingly bizarre venue, Healer, in Indy. It is such a wild place, once an office, now converted into cubicle installations and a stage. The day will consist of vegan brunch, live music, board and video games, drag shows and vendors, such as myself ;). Check out the instagram video I made of the first BRUNCHFEST to get a taste.

Then finally, I’ll be ending the month with two events on the last weekend of June! Saturday, June 29th is the Anaphora Poetry and Publishing Conference. It is a zine festival and open mic held by Gluestick Zine Collective at the 38th Street Indianapolis Public Library Branch. On Sunday, June 30th, I’ll be a vendor during the screening of One Million Experiments, a film exploring a world without police and prisons. This will be hosted at the Phoenix Theater in downtown Indianapolis.
